Do you think you can use oils only for food?
Hell no! Today I’m going to show you how
to use sesame oil for beauty and health. Hell
yeah! Let’s get right into it.
Use Sesame OIl to reduce dark circles under
Yes, you’ve heard me right. Applying some
of that sesame oil to your under-eyes regularly
can reduce dark circles. You’re probably
thinking… What? What did you say? Are you
sure, woman? Oh, yeah. I am. Sesame oil contains
vitamin K, which is proved to show improvement
in eye appearance when it comes to those annoying
dark circles. You know how annoying they can
be. I bet you do. Simply rub it into your
undereye every now and then and see whether
anything happens. Well, it should. Just be
patient ok? Nothing happens overnight. Well…
only some things… (CREEPY MUSIC AND FACE)
Do you occassionally like to get into fights?
Are you so clumsy you cannot pass a table
without running into it? I‘m feeling ya.
Sesame oil is feeling ya too! Fight as much
you want and be as clumsy as you need, because
vitamin K that sesame oil contains reduces
bruising too! Hell yeah! Am I saying hell
yeah too often? Hell yeah, I am! Anyway, rub
some of that sesame oil into your skin! Sorry,
don‘t have a bruise to show you, don‘t
leave home enough to get into fights. ( SAD
LOOK WITH SONG). Anyway, use it twice a day
and you should notice improvements.
Use sesame oil to massage your face
You‘ve heard me and the reasons are simple.
First, it smells sooo good. Oh wait… I shouldn‘t
stop here…. I would literally drink it if
I didn‘t know it was oil. It just when something
smells soo good, it usually tastes good. Right?
Right? Anyway, omega-3 acids in sesame oil
are actually super important for cell membranes
and helps to keep them strong and healthy.
So you‘re probably thinking. Yeah, great.
I‘ll put it on my skin! Well… Not really.
The problem is omega-3 acids cannot penetrate
through the skin so you pretty much just need
to ingest them so they could do the magic!
See, I told you we have to drink it.
Then you‘re probably thinking, why are we
even talking about this? Oh yeah…. I suppose
you actually need to follow the conversation
to even wonder that. Wait, where did we finish?
Oh yeah, sesame oil. You can basically use
it in combination with other products to benefit
your skin. What I‘m gonna do is mix tangerine
essential oil with it. Get a bowl, add some
sesame oil and 5-10 drops of tangerine essential
oil. You can use any citrus essential oil.
Since they have vitamin C that regenerates
damaged skin cells, lightens dark spots and
scars. It‘s basically collagen‘s best
friend. Mix it and BAM! Massage it into your
face. Want to rush? Don‘t. You‘re supposed
to enjoy it…
Wait wait wait! So what‘s the sesame oil
for then ? Oh, completely forgot. Sesame oil
moistly coats your skin and helps it to keep
its moisture inside. Super useful for those
with dry skin like mine!
This oil also has a high amount of vitamin
E, which, oh my dear, is pretty magical. It
reduces stretch marks, yeah, that‘s my pyjamas,
stretch marks are just right under them, soothes
chapped lips and just acts as an antioxidant.
It gets rid of all those free radicals that
we‘re exposed to every day and our skin
constantly suffers from. What‘s my advice?
Just apply the sesame oil everywhere and you‘ll
notice how your skin will glow more and you‘ll
look healthier in general. Sesame oil will
save the world! Ok, who am I kidding. Not
really. It‘s a nice little oil to play with
that has some pretty great features!

so good. I‘m thinking of opening my own
perfume line already. Bye.!
